Tri-Meal is part of the Tri-Betic Diabetic Support
System. Tri-Meal is a meal replacement for
Type I and Type II Diabetics and Pre-Diabetic. A diabetic is
always concerned about what to eat in managing their blood sugar
levels. With our quick and easy water bottle funnel it is
perfect for a snack or meal on the go.
Using any
standard 16 ounce water bottle, attach the funnel to the top of the
bottle, add Tri-Meal, add water, replace the cap on the bottle,
shake, and drink. The perfect solution to help you manage
your blood sugar on the go!
Tri-Meal
tastes great and is designed to provide proper nutrition for
Pre-Diabetics, Type II Diabetics and Type I Diabetics.
Tri-Meal gives the body the nutrition it needs to best support a
compromised blood sugar system, and won't drive up your morning
blood sugar levels.
Tri-Meal and Protein Levels Most protein
shakes contain too much protein for those concerned with blood
sugar levels many as high a 20-30 grams of protein. For
Diabetics the amount of protein for each meal should ideally be no
more than 10-15 grams of protein. The extra protein is hard
on the liver, kidneys, and drives up blood glucose levels.
Tri-Meal contains 10 grams of three types of proteins designed not
to overload the liver and kidneys. Some proteins are absorbed
quickly, some more slowly, others lower yet. We created a blend of
three proteins to provide sustained release to minimize blood sugar
changes.
Tri-Meal
and Carbohydrates We need carbohydrates for energy,
yet those with glucose control issues need the proper types of
carbohydrates in the right amounts.
Tri-Meal
contains 16 grams of slow acting healthy carbohydrates including
pea fiber, apple fiber, psyllium, and mung bean to give you
sustainable energy while minimizing blood sugar changes.
Tri-Meal
and Fats Good Fats are key to diabetic health.
Fats do not make you fat. Total calories make you fat.
Fat is a great source of energy for diabetics because it
provides slowly released energy that will not spike glucose levels.
Tri-Meal provides good lipids and fats containing sunflower oil,
almond oil, grape seed oil, and Medium Chain Triglycerides to
provide long term energy and build healthy lipids needed for
healthy skin, heart and brain. Tri-Meal contains 12 grams of
fat so it tastes great and because they are the right kinds of fat
it is healthy for you.
Tri-Meal
and Amino Acids There are key amino acids that are
known to provide the building blocks for the body to create
L-Glutathione. Glutathione is the bodies master anti-oxidant and
responsible for the supporting the body’s ability to maintain
positive health.
Tri-Meal has a
special blend of amino acids (L-glutamine, L-glycine and
N-acetylcysteine) design to provide the building blocks for the
body to create L-glutathione the body’s master antioxidant.
Tri-Meal
contains L-carnitine is a very special amino acid for diabetics.
L-carnitine promote positive cellular metabolism and has been
shown in studies to be very helpful to those with glucose control
issues. L-carnitine is also helpful in supporting positive
cellular metabolism to more effectively burn calories. This
critical ingredient is also contained in Tri-Balance and should be
on the list of everyone concerned about glucose control and energy
conversion with their metabolism.
Tri-meal also
contains taurine used by the body for proper support of the eyes,
cardio vascular response and nerve signals through the body. This
is a critical nutritional item for Diabetics as problems with eyes,
cardio and neuropathy are the three top areas where diabetes
affects the body the most. Taurine has also shown to be helpful in
supporting proper electrical signaling of muscles and taurine is
helpful to the body in maintaining health cardio rhythm
control.
TRI-MEAL
DIRECTIONS: add 2 scoops to 10-12 ounces of water; stir,
shake or blend for 30 seconds. Store in a cool, dry area.
Tri-Meal’s Key
Ingredients: Tri-Meal contains a special blend of
ingredients designed to support the body in its use of insulin
which includes Alpha-lipoic acid, Biotin, Choline, M-Inositol,
Cinnamon, and Inulin)
Alpha-lipoic
acid it one of the most effective supplements for supporting a
healthy insulin response. There are many studies on the benefits of
alpha-lipoic acids. It is one of the top nutritional
ingredients for supporting proper glucose levels. Because of
the taste of alpha-lipoic acid we could only add so much to
Tri-Meal. This is why we created Tri-Balance to be able to give you
the proper amount of this wonderful ingredient. Alpha-lipoic acid
is a powerful anti-oxidant that also supports the cells ability to
use glucose, and is the reason we recommend Tri-Balance be taken
with every meal.
Biotin is a
water-soluble B-complex. Studies have shown that in both
insulin-dependent and non-insulin-dependent diabetics,
supplementation with biotin can improve blood sugar control and
help lower fasting blood glucose levels; in some studies the
reduction in fasting glucose exceeded 50 percent. Biotin can also
play a role in preventing the neuropathy often associated with
diabetes, reducing both the numbness and tingling associated with
poor glucose control. Biotin is also contained in Tri-Balance as
this ingredient should be taken with each meal to ensure you are
getting the right amounts.
M-Inositol is
a B vitamin like structure that is actually produced from glucose
in healthy people. For a diabetic it has been shown to positively
support the body’s ability to maintain proper insulin response.
Choline has
been shown to be very beneficial to the body in supporting
cardiovascular health by helping the body reduce homocysteine
levels. It is also show to be helpful in supporting proper liver
function, and electrical signaling critical to those with
neuropathy.
Cinnamon has
been shown to also support the body in maintaining proper insulin
response and is widely used in supplements targeted for supporting
the body in reducing the effects of insulin resistance.
Tri-Meal
Vitamins and Minerals Diabetic or Pre-Diabetic
conditions need extra attention when it comes to vitamin
requirements.
To support the
eyes Vitamin A and Beta Carotene are essential for the body to
protect the optic nerves.
Most Diabetics
are low on magnesium and the calcium magnesium potassium balance is
critical in helping the body maintain energy and restful sleep, and
balanced blood pressure. We have created a complex blend of these
minerals bonded to ascorbic acid (a form of vitamin C) called the
scorbate form which is easier for the body to absorb and utilize.
Providing antioxidant properties along with the critical mineral
balance needed for the body to maintain proper health.
Chromium – the
body uses this mineral to support insulin’s transport of sugar to
the cells, or even replace its function. Chromium supports the
body’s ability to make insulin more effective. People with
Type II Diabetes usually have a chromium deficiency.
Niacin
Inositol hexaniacinate is a special form of niacin which the body
uses to control bad cholesterol. It is called no-flush niacin
because it does not create the capillary dilation response that
regular niacin causes. Many studies are currently underway as to
the effectiveness of this ingredient in supporting the body’s
ability to regulate cholesterol.
Biotin is also
a new ingredient being studied in its ability to support the body’s
control of blood sugar and Triglycerides for people with Type II
Diabetes.
The B’s are
very important in helping the body maintain good
health. We have created an effective blend of B
vitamins designed not to overwhelm the body while providing the
critical support for the body to function properly in maintaining
good cellular metabolism.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), N-acetylcysteine and alpha-lipoic acid
all contain sulfur critical for the body to maintain positive
health. Sulfur is needed by the body in the production of the amino
acids methionine, cysteine, and taurine, which are essential for
health. It's also needed in the creation of the super antioxidant
glutathione, and coenzyme A, which drives energy production in
cells. Sulfur is also needed by the body to maintain skin, hair,
nails, and the cartilage that shapes your nose and pads your
joints.
Other
supporting minerals such as Copper, Zinc, Selenium, Molybdenum,
Manganese, and Phosphorus are needed to provide the body with the
proper minerals for immune system response, and proper
metabolism.
In summary, if
you took all the ingredients in Tri-Meal in capsule form you would
be taking over 20 capsules and would have to purchase 10-15
different products and still couldn’t get the balanced nutrition
Tri-Meal provides.
We put
everything we could into this product to give you the best product
at the best value possible, in a great tasting, easy to mix
meal.
